In C.I. Modapiel S.A we produce leather shoe uppers, shoe parts and finished footwear, having as main principle the excellent quality and the continuous improvement in each one of our products and processes.

We are also the first footwear company in Colombia that was certified with ISO 9001 norms in 1998 and today, twelve years later, we continue working with quality and manufacturing standards and the highest technical specifications in order to provide greater security and protection to the people that work in highly risky tasks.

C.I. Modapiel S.A was established in 1973 to manufacture shoe uppers for the European Market. In 1982 extended its activity to the production of finished shoes for the local market.

C.I Modapiel S.A operates in Barranquilla´s industrial sector located in the northern cost of Colombia, which is the main sea port of the country. This means a great strategic advantage for our export oriented company.

We belong to a group of companies that gathers, among others, the two largest and technologically advanced tanneries in Colombia, which guarantees the leather supply with excellent quality for manufacturing our product.
